Refund policy
When a refund applies, how much, and how to request one. We keep this deliberately plain.
The window
You may request a refund within 7 days of a batch's first live session, provided you have attended no more than the first four sessions. After that point the course is treated as consumed and is non-refundable.
What is deducted
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method after deducting any payment-gateway charge and a flat administrative fee of ₹500. Where printed notes have been dispatched, their cost is also deducted.
Instalments and transfers
If you paid a first instalment and withdraw within the window, that instalment is refunded on the same terms; no further instalment is charged. Instead of a refund, you may transfer your seat once to the next equivalent batch at no extra cost.
How to request
Email psychesimplified@gmail.com from the address you enrolled with, stating your name, batch and reason. We acknowledge within two working days and process approved refunds within ten working days.
Workshops, one-day sessions and any course marked non-refundable at checkout are excluded from this policy.
